President-elect Donald Trump has said on Twitter that climate change is a hoax, and he has pledged to pull out of the U.N. accord to limit greenhouse gases. Environmental groups are preparing to battle the incoming administration and the Republican-led Congress over climate policy. But as VOA’s Steve Baragona reports, the Trump administration is only one factor in the climate debate. And others are going in a different direction.
