As Donald Trump prepares to assume the presidency, he is expected to reverse course from the Obama administration on refugee policy. A document from his transition team called “The First Day Project” says he intends to “suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur.” As Jeff Swicord reports, it is a policy fraught with controversy.
