It is illegal for two companies to collude and agree to not poach employees from each other. However, A. Frost claims LG & Samsung have agreed to exactly that. Frost says he was contacted by a headhunter on LinkedIn back in 2013. When the headhunter found out Frost worked for LG, they backed off and claimed the two companies had agreed to not poach from each other.
