To help Cyanogen Inc. get the amount of venture funding they’ve received, they claimed upwards of 25 million people were using CyanogenMod on their smartphones. However, The Information is now reporting that these numbers might not be right. The report cites “two executives who were involved with preparations” and say these executives “privately expressed concern” about the numbers in the updated version of the documents.
