Back in May, Google proposed a way to combine two emojis together to help better represent gender equality in the workplace (and just in general). They’ve worked closely with members of the Unicode Emoji Subcommittee since then and now they have agreed to accept Google’s proposal. Google says these will be included in future versions of Android and Unicode, but doesn’t tell us when.
