Google Play has started putting more emphasis on indie game developers in the Play Store and now the company has announced the Google Play Indie Games Festival. The event will take place on September 24th in San Francisco at the Terra Gallery. Like typical film festivals, indie game developers will be able to show off their work to a brand new audience at the event.
