SoftBank Group to Acquire ARM Holdings for $32+ Billion

ARM Holdings is responsible for the base design that most of our SoCs use, and SoftBank Group is a company that has a majority stake in Sprint (among many other companies too). Today, it’s been announced and confirmed that SoftBank will acquire ARM Holdings for more than $32 billion in an all-cash deal.
