The FTC has been investigating Qualcomm over the last 17 months and their final report claims the company has violated anti-trust laws in South Korea. Qualcomm is facing a 1 trillion won fine (~$878.5 million USD), and if it is finalized at this amount then it’ll be the largest anti-trust fine in the country to date.
