It was exactly one year ago when Google added Android Security Rewards to Google’s Vulnerability Rewards Program. Since then, Google has paid out over $550,000 to 82 individuals. The top researcher, @heisecode, was paid a total of $75,750 this year thanks to their 26 vulnerability reports. They are also announcing some changes to the Android Security Rewards program that can earn researchers more money for each report.
