Creative Technology owns a patent on music devices “with the capability of playing stored media files selected by a user from a hierarchical display.” Back in 2006, Creative Technology sued Apple for this very same patent and won a judgement of $100 million. Today, it’s being reported that they are now suing ZTE, Sony, Samsung, LG, Lenovo, Motorola, HTC and BlackBerry over the same patent.
