In an attempt to prevent employees from leaving the company just to create a startup, Google is said to be creating an in-house incubator called Area 120. Employees will need to pitch their business ideas to Don Harrison & Bradley Horowitz, who are said to be in charge. The employees will then work on the project full time, as well as receive funding and support from Google.
