Usually, Google only displays videos for an application on the actual application page of the Google Play Store. However, at least one person is seeing inline app videos being displayed in the main Google Play pages. It’s likely that Google is doing some A/B testing to see if this helps increase engagement before deciding if they want to roll it out to everyone.
