Ringing Bells Inc, an upcoming smartphone manufacturer based in India, has surpassed all expectations in terms of device affordability. Priced at Rs. 251, which amounts to roughly $3.66, the Freedom 251 packs a 1.3GHz quadcore processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage on the inside, topped with a 4″ qHD display, a 3.2MP camera at the back and a 0.3MP camera in front. The device is set to go on sale tomorrow, the 18th of February from 6AM onwards, with deliveries expected to be completed by 30th June 2016.
