This Apple and Samsung patent lawsuit has been going on for years and the last ruling that was made required that Samsung pay Apple hundreds of millions of dollars in damages. Samsung has since requested that the US Supreme Court review the case, but now Apple has asked them not to do it. Saying it “may be high-profile, [but] it is legally unexceptional.”
