The global builds for MIUI 7.1 Stable channel are now rolling out to various Xiaomi devices, including the Mi 2 and 2S, Redmi 1S and Redmi 2, Redmi Note Prime and the Mi Pad amongst others. Users on previous MIUI 7 Build will get an progressive OTA update, but there are builds available for flashing for those who wish.
