After being accused of antitrust violations in South Korea, now Qualcomm faces similar accusations in Europe. The European Commission has just filed charges against the company for abusing their dominant position by offering financial incentives to OEMs to buy hardware only from Qualcomm. They have until April to demonstrate that competition is still alive and thriving in Europe in order to avoid these charges.
