Germany’s Mannheim District Court has issued an injunction banning the sale of HTC devices through Deutsche Telekom. This is a result of a patent dispute which claims that HTC devices on Deutsche Telekom used a patented voice coding technology without proper licensing. HTC devices will still be available for purchase via other outlets.
