There have been reports that some users are seeing a new feature in the Google Play Store called Review Highlights. It seems like Google is parsing reviews and looking for common words. As you can see in the image, the word ‘useful’ has appeared in 2,761 review for this particular app so they highlight it and then give an example review that it was used in.
