Some users on reddit are reporting that Visual Voicemail was disabled by default in their Phone app. To remedy this, simply navigate to the settings page on the Phone app to find the Voicemail settings page under “Calls.” According to several users, the feature may only be available on T-Mobile and Project Fi as some carriers disable this option. In addition, the new Nexus phones seem to lack this feature.
