Armenia says it prevented murder attempt on PM Nikol Pashinyan | Europe
National Security Service says former officials ‘planning to illegally usurp power’ were arrested. Armenia prevented an assassination attempt on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the seizure of power by a group of former officials, the country’s National Security Service (NSS) has said. Pashinyan had come under pressure in recent days, with thousands of demonstrators protesting since Tuesday
