Apple Stops Signing iOS 13.1.2 and iOS 13.1.3 Following the Release of iOS 13.2

Following the release of iOS 13.2 on October 28, Apple today stopped signing iOS 13.1.3, which means downgrading to this version of iOS is no longer possible. iOS 13.1.3 was a minor update released in mid-October with bug fixes for issues with Phone, Mail, Health, iCloud, and more.
