Indonesia: Magnitude 6.6 quake hits Moluccas islands | Indonesia News
An earthquake with a revised magnitude of 6.6 struck 173km northwest of the city of Ternate, North Maluku, in Indonesia’s Moluccas islands, according to the US Geological Survey website. The strong quake late early on Monday local time(late on Sunday GMT) hit at a depth of 60.5km and was followed by aftershocks of a magnitude of 5.0 to 5.1.
