American leaked records of 14,200 HIV patients, says Singapore | News
An American man has leaked the confidential data of 14,200 people diagnosed with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in Singapore, the city-state’s health ministry said on Monday. The leaked records relate to 5,400 Singaporeans diagnosed with HIV between 1985 and January 2013, and 8,800 foreigners diagnosed between 1985 and 2011.
