Protests over rising prices spread to Sudan’s Khartoum | News
At least one person has been killed in protests that have swept across Sudan on Thursday over the rising costs of bread and fuel. According to Mubarak al-Nur, a member of parliament, the death came in the city of Gadarif, where a state of emergency has been declared due to the protests.
