US journalist Martha O’Donovan granted bail in Zimbabwe | Zimbabwe News
Harare, Zimbabwe – A Zimbabwean High Court judge has granted bail to American journalist Martha O’Donovan, who is facing charges of subversion and insulting President Robert Mugabe on social media. The ruling was made in her absence on Thursday afternoon where a $1,000 bail was granted on the basis that the state failed to exhibit the contents of the alleged tweets calling on people to protest
