Uber agrees to limit the power of its former CEO
The new rules will reportedly make it hard for Kalanick to become the most powerful person in the firm again in more ways than one. According to Bloomberg, Kalanick and new Uber chief Dara Khosrowshahi are both barred from sitting as chairman of the board’s committees or subcommittees under the new rules.
