Human rights activists go on trial in Turkey | Turkey News
Correction: 25/10/2017: A previous version of this story identified Taner Kilic as the director of Amnesty International Turkey. That was incorrect. Kilic is the group’s chairman in Turkey. Turkish authorities have put 11 human rights activists on trial, including the chairman of Amnesty International in Turkey, Taner Kilic. Those facing charges at Istanbul’s Caglayan courthouse on Wednesday
