Israel’s Regularisation Law: Colonialism under stress | Politics
A draconic Israeli law is currently being challenged in the High Court of Justice. Following a confrontation between police officers who were trying to evacuate settlers from the occupied West Bank colony of Amona last February, the Israeli Knesset introduced the “Regularisation Law”.
