Sar-e Pul: Taliban, ISIL joined forces to kill Afghans | Afghanistan News
The Taliban and Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group jointly killed scores of civilians in an Afghan village, officials claimed on Monday. If confirmed, Saturday’s attack would highlight rare cooperation between the armed groups. Fighters killed more than 50 men, women and children in the remote Sayad district of northern Sar-e Pul province after overrunning
