Iraqi forces make gains against ISIL in Tal Afar push | Iraq News
US-backed Iraqi forces say they are making gains in their ongoing push to dislodge ISIL fighters from the northern city of Tal Afar, as the Pentagon chief made a surprise visit to Iraq in a show of support.
