Houston flood: Addicks dam begins overspilling | USA News
A major dam near flood-hit Houston, in the US state of Texas, has begun spilling over for the first time in its history, with flood officials warning residents in nearby areas to evacuate before water levels rise. Harris County officials told the Reuters news agency on Tuesday that waters levels in the Addicks and Barker reservoirs were at record highs, forcing engineers to release more water
