Haftar to ‘confront’ foreign ships in Libyan seas | Libya News
The commander of Libya’s self-styled national army has ordered his naval forces to confront any vessel entering the country’s waters without permission. The move by the renegade general, Khalifa Haftar, which was announced on Wednesday, comes after Italy instructed its navy to stop refugee boats heading to Europe from Libya.
