Floods, landslides kill dozens across Nepal and India | India News
At least 49 people have been killed across Nepal and 17 more in neighbouring India in flash flooding and landslides as rescuers search for dozens more missing. Shankar Hari Acharya, the chief of Nepal’s national emergency centre, said on Sunday that thousands were forced to move to higher grounds. “Search and rescue works are under way but the water levels have not declined yet,” he said.
