Ebola outbreak declared in northeast DR Congo | DR Congo News
An Ebola outbreak has been declared in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) after one person, who died of a hemorrhagic fever, has tested positive for the Ebola virus, the World Health Organization (WHO) has confirmed to Al Jazeera. The case was confirmed following tests on nine people who came down with a hemorrhagic fever in Bas-Uele province in the northeast of the country on or after April
