XDA Senior Member SagiLo has created an application that allows you to set reminders which trigger based on changes to your device’s wireless connectivity state. Reminders are posted to the status bar when the app detects that you connect/disconnect from specified SSIDs. The app is free to download from our forums, but the developer prefers you opt in to the Play Store beta so he can track usage statistics and bug reports.
