Discord over Russian hacking and America’s response to it continued at the start of 2017 and promises to remain a major irritant during the final days of the Obama administration and the beginning of the Trump presidency. VOA’s Michael Bowman reports from Washington, days after the U.S. hit Russia with new sanctions over its computer hacking and alleged interference in the November presidential election.
