U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has promised to crack down on illegal immigration and deport 2 to 3 million undocumented immigrants who, in his words, “have criminal records.” Mike O’Sullivan reports that the battle over immigration enforcement and reform has moved to the states and cities, and some are gearing up for a battle with the federal government.
