Lei Jun’s Xiaomi stepped into the Virtual Reality world with the launch of Mi VR Play headset in China. This VR headset comes with a zipper design and several options with personalized colors. Here is the unboxing of Mi VR Play headset.

The Mi VR Play headset comes with zipper design on the front where you can slot in the smartphone just by unzipping it and vice versa. This headset is made up of Lycra fabric (nylon + spandex) and EVA that is lightweight, skin-friendly and doesn’t cause discomfort when using it for a longer period.
It can accommodate smartphones that support 4.7-inch to a 5.7-inch display. Moreover, it has a dual anti-reflective aspheric lens that promises the best clarity.
On the top, it has a textured button which acts a navigation button that interacts with your smartphone during VR experience.
As of now, it is available only in China for 49 yuan (US$ 7 / Rs. 490 approx.). and in case if you have it, download Google Cardboard app from Play Store to experience it.
