Huawei Mate 9 Pro with Leica dual rear cameras announced

Earlier this month, Huawei unveiled the Mate 9, along with a premium model called Porsche Design Mate 9 at an event in Germany. Now the company has introduced Mate 9 Pro in China, which is basically the Porsche Design Mate 9 inside, but does not feature the Porsche branding and graphite finish.

The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has the same 5.5-inch QHD display, Kirin 960 processor, 20MP + 12MP Leica dual rear cameras,  8MP front camera, fingerprint scanner and 4000mAh battery used in the Porsche Design Mate 9. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat.

However, Mate 9 Pro comes in two RAM/storage variants: the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage priced at CNY 4699 ($685 | Rs. 46,000) and the higher-end version with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage priced at CNY 5299 ($722 | Rs. 52,000).
