OnePlus One owners in India, that are also running Cyanogen OS 13.1, a new update is coming out that will let you use Cortana if you want. This update brings more than just the personal assistant too. It also comes with the Cortana mod for Camera and Lock Screen so you can use voice commands on the lock screen, and tell Cortana to take a picture.
