Reuters is currently reporting that Samsung wants to get into the refurbished selling business and could do so with the company’s flagship smartphones. The report cites “a person with direct knowledge of the matter,” and could begin as early as 2017. These used flagships will be coming from those who are participating the Samsung’s one-year upgrade program within the United States and South Korea.
