We’ve had commercially available Snapdragon 820 smartphones on the market for months, but Qualcomm has just now announced their two mobile development hardware devices for the Snapdragon 820. Both devices are packed full of features (the tablet has a 10.1” Ultra HD display), but they are not certified to work on carrier networks and cannot make calls or transmit data over a cellular network.
