Oracle Wants Their Copyright Trial Loss Thrown Out

Oracle is not happy with the results of their lawsuit against Google, and they’re doing everything they can to overturn the judgement. The latest complaint is about Google’s plans to bring Android applications to Chrome OS via the Play Store. One of Google’s arguments in the case was that Android didn’t compete against Java SE on desktops, and Oracle feels this new evidence changes everything.
