Yesterday, Japan Display Inc. announced what they’re calling a ‘Full Active” LCD display. This display was demoed on a 5.5″ smartphone and it shows a device with thin bezels on all sides of the device. JDI says they are able to do this thanks to a new high-density wiring layout, as well as new processing and module assembly technologies.
