Indian users of the Mi Max have been reporting an issue with the device not connecting to WiFi. Even after a software update on Stable MIUI, the device does not connect to any Wifi network at all, pointing to a possible hardware issue. In contrast, our review unit of the Mi Max which is a Chinese import does not bear the aforementioned bug on the same software version.
