The developer of the Chromer application recently decompiled the Nexus Launcher APK that has been going around the community. He says there are signs that the launcher will have a similar color theme feature that we see Action Launcher using. The developer also noticed the package name for it was com.android.launcher3, and that this means it could possibly be a feature going into AOSP.
