Report suggest that Verizon has won the bidding rounds for acquiring Yahoo, a process that took four months. The acquisition deal is pegged at $5 Billion for Yahoo, but the deal still has to pass through regulatory authorities. Once the terms of the deal are revealed, there are chances that other bidders might up their offer.
