It seems Samsung and Apple patent lawsuit news just never ends. Back in March, the United States Supreme Court had agreed to hear Samsung’s appeal on the case that had them paying Apple $548 million in damages. We didn’t know when this would be happening, but now the hearing has been scheduled for October 11th.
