Pokémon GO Rollout Halted Due to Server Issues

The rollout for Pokémon GO has been halted due to ongoing server issues. The rollout so far has officially included only the USA, Australia and New Zealand, though the app has been unofficially downloaded and being played with throughout the world. The servers have been facing issues on and off, likely due to the unexpectedly huge onslaught of new users.
