After Flow, Microsoft is having another go at launching an IFTTT competitor. Conditional Action Programmer, or CAP in short, is marketed as a “personal task completion agent”, as it aims to help you simplify repetitive actions with if/then style tasks. However, the list of supported apps for CAP is shorter than that of Flow and much worse than IFTTT.
